Fiber is sooooo important! In my quest to eat healthy (and drop over 100 lbs) I've been doing my best to get more each day. I am following the Rice House Diet recommendations currently - lots of whole grains, veggies and fruit (so lots of FIBER!). I am exploring new whole grains and just tried quinoa -- it's awesome and high in protein. I also added have started added Salba to my oatmeal - it's an ancient grain, with tons of vitamins and fiber. I did a review of it on my blog.
